The Mainland of China : Catalogues of China's Prohibited Imports and Exports
The Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs and the State Environmental Protection Administration jointly issued on 31 December 2005 a notice announcing the "Catalogue of Prohibited Imports (the sixth batch)" and the "Catalogue of Prohibited Exports (the third batch)". The catalogues have taken effect on 1 January 2006. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
