The Mainland of China : Extension of Anti-Dumping Investigation against Imports of Nonyl Phenol (C15H24O) from India and the Taiwan Province
The Ministry of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation against imports of nonyl phenol (C15H24O) (the relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Customs is 2907 1310) from India and the Taiwan Province, on 29 December 2005, and announced the preliminary finding of the case on 10 July 2006. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 5/2006 dated 4 January 2006 and CIC No. 255/2006 dated 11 July 2006.
- The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 103/2006 dated 26 December 2006 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by 6 months to 29 June 2007.
