The
Mainland of China : Termination of Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures
Against Imports of Monoethanolamine and Diethanolamine from Malaysia
The Ministry of Commerce
(MOC) issued Notice No. 104/2006 on 18 December 2006, announcing the decision
to terminate the mid-term review of anti-dumping measures against imports
of monoethanolamine and diethanolamine from Malaysia. The relevant tariff
codes of the General Administration of Customs are 2922 1100 and 2922
1200, but monoethanolamine salts and diethanolamine salts under the two
codes are not included. For details, please make reference to MOC's notice

- For details of the final ruling of the
case and the initiation of the mid-term review of anti-dumping measures,
