The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Hydrazine Hydrate from France
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 94/2006 on 7 December 2006, which announced the signing of a price undertaking agreement with ARKEMA Co. Ltd. Under the agreement, the Mainland will suspend the collection of anti-dumping duties from hydrazine hydrate of 100% concentration manufactured by ARKEMA Co. Ltd. of France with effect from 15 December 2006. However, the anti-dumping measures against hydrazine hydrate of other concentrations manufactured by ARKEMA Co. Ltd. of France remain unchanged.
