The Mainland of China : Interim Measures on Accreditation and Market Administration of Cotton Processing
The State Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly promulgated the "Interim Measures on Accreditation and Market Administration of Cotton Processing" on 10 October 2006, which has become effective since the day of promulgation. Cotton processing enterprises have to fulfil the conditions stipulated in the Interim Measures and obtain accreditation after the examination and approval of relevant authorities. A copy of the Interim Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
