The Mainland of China : Measures on the Reduction of Patent Fees
The State Intellectual Property Office promulgated the "Measures on the Reduction of Patent Fees" on 12 October 2006, which will take effect on 13 November 2006. The Measures set out the scope and application procedures of the reduction of patent fees. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
