The Mainland of China : Provisions on the Administration of Inspection Exemption for
Export of Food and Agricultural Products (Trial)
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) promulgated the "Provisions on the Administration of Inspection Exemption for Export of Food and Agricultural Products (Trial)" on 9 October 2006, which took effect from the day of promulgation. The Provisions set out the application criteria, application and approval procedures for granting inspecting exemption on export of food and agricultural products, and also govern the supervision and administration on these products. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. The relevant application form can be downloaded from AQSIQ's website at:
