The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Data Processing for Record Filing of Export Contracts
The State Administration of Taxation issued a notice concerning the data processing for record filing of export contracts on 25 September 2006. A copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
- For details of the notice concerning adjustments to the tax rebate rates for certain exports and additions to the catalogue of prohibited products for processing trade, please refer to CIC No. 365/2006 dated 15 September 2006. For details of the notice concerning the record filing of export contracts, please refer to CIC No. 374/2006 dated 20 September 2006.
