The relevant Mainland authorities jointly promulgated the "Directives on the Development of Export of Software and Related Information Services" on 19 September 2006, which set out the development objectives, supporting policies and measures on intellectual property protection relating to export of software and related information services. the A copy of the Directives is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
