The Mainland of China : Administrative Rules on the Import and Export of Chemical Products Liable to Producing Narcotic Drugs
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Administrative Rules on the Import and Export of Chemical Products Liable to Producing Narcotic Drugs" on 21 September, which will take effect 30 days after announcement. The Rules govern the application and approval of import and export licences on products liable to producing narcotic drugs, as well as the inspection and supervision on such goods. A copy of the Rules is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
