Commercial Information Circular No. 374/2006
The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Record Filing of Export Contracts
It is stipulated in the notice concerning adjustments to the tax rebate rates for certain exports and additions to the catalogue of prohibited products for processing trade that for export contracts signed on or before 14 September 2006, export enterprises may choose to enjoy the original tax rebate rates provided that they file record to the taxation authorities within a specified period and export the products concerned before a specified deadline. In this regard, the State Administration of Taxation issued a notice on 14 September 2006 announcing the arrangements for the record filing of such export contracts. A copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
