The Mainland of China : Provisions on International Inspection Administration on Import and Export of Chemical Products Liable to Producing Narcotic Drugs
The Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Public Security jointly promulgated the "Provisions on International Inspection Administration on Import and Export of Chemical Products Liable to Producing Narcotic Drugs" on 7 September 2006, which will come into force 30 days after the promulgation. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. Its annex can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Commerce at:
