The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on the Shanghai Diamond Exchange
The General Administration of Customs promulgated the "Administrative Measures on the Shanghai Diamond Exchange" on 11 September 2006, which took effect from the day of promulgation. The Measures govern the administration of the Shanghai Diamond Exchange (the Exchange) and its members, entry and exit of diamond into and from the Exchange and the processing of diamond. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
