The
Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Taxation Policy for
Exports of Gold-Containing Products
The State Administration
of Taxation issued a notice concerning the taxation policy for exports
of gold-containing products on 22 August 2006. A copy of which is attached
at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
- For details of
the supplementary notice concerning the tax exemption policy for exports
of gold-containing products, please refer to CIC. 42/2006 dated 27 January
2006.
