The Mainland of China : Implementation Details on the Co-ordination and Administration of Export Projects for Large-scale Telecommunication Equipment Set
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) promulgated the "Implementation Details on the Co-ordination and Administration of Export Projects for Large-scale Telecommunication Equipment Set" on 5 June 2006, which took effect 30 days after the date of announcement. The Implementation Details govern the scope, qualification of participating enterprises, co-ordinating principles and procedures, and administration for export projects of large-scale telecommunication equipment set. A copy of the Implementation Details is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
