The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Mid-term Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Styrene Butadiene Rubber from Russia, the Republic of Korea and Japan
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 65/2006 on 22 August 2006, announcing the ruling of the mid-term review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of styrene butadiene rubber from Russia. The relevant tariff listings of the General Administration of Customs are 4002 1911, 4002 1912 and 4002 1919.
DETAILS
- According to the ruling, with effect from 22 August 2006, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of styrene butadiene rubber from Togliatti Kauchuk Ltd of Russia was adjusted to 6.81% and the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of styrene butadiene rubber from Voronezhsintezkauchuk of Russia was adjusted to 4.02%.
