The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Mid-term Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Styrene Butadiene Rubber from Russia, the Republic of Korea and Japan

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 65/2006 on 22 August 2006, announcing the ruling of the mid-term review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of styrene butadiene rubber from Russia. The relevant tariff listings of the General Administration of Customs are 4002 1911, 4002 1912 and 4002 1919. 

DETAILS

  1. According to the ruling, with effect from 22 August 2006, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of styrene butadiene rubber from Togliatti Kauchuk Ltd of Russia was adjusted to 6.81% and the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of styrene butadiene rubber from Voronezhsintezkauchuk of Russia was adjusted to 4.02%.
