The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on the Classification of Component Exports for Civil Aviation
The Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs jointly promulgated the "Administrative Measures on the Classification of Component Exports for Civil Aviation" on 1 August 2006, which will come into force 30 days after the promulgation. A copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
