The Mainland of China : Rules on Defense Against Anti-Dumping Investigation on Mainland Exports
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Rules on Defense Against Anti-Dumping Investigation on Mainland Exports" on 14 July 2006, which will take effect from 14 August 2006. Among others, the Rules set out the rights of the enterprises participating in the defense against anti-dumping investigations and the responsibilities of trade associations in the process. A copy of the Rules is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
