The Mainland of China : Catalogue of Dual-use Biological Agents and Related Equipment and Technology Subject to Export Control
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the catalogue of dual-use biological agents and related equipment and technology subject to export control on 27 July 2006, which will take effect from 1 September 2006. A copy of which is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
