The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Postponement of Implementation of Certain Criteria Relating to Vehicle Components that Constitute the Characteristics of a Whole Vehicle
The General Administration of Customs, the State Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued a notice on 5 July 2006, stipulating that the implementation of certain criteria relating to vehicle components that constitute the characteristics of a whole vehicle will be postponed to 1 July 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
