The Mainland of China : Interim Measures on the Punishment for Issuing Export Invoice at a Price Lower than the Customs Declaration Value

The Ministry of Commerce promulgated on 13 January 2006 the "Interim Measures on the Punishment for Issuing Export Invoice at a Price Lower than the Customs Declaration Value", which will take effect 3 months after the day of promulgation. The Measures set out the investigation procedures and the punishment for cases involving issuing export invoice at a price lower than the customs declaration value. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
