The Mainland of China : Administrative Provisions on Inspection and Supervision of Import and Export Food Packaging
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine recently promulgated the "Administrative Provisions on Inspection and Supervision of Import and Export Food Packaging", which will take effect from 1 August 2006. The Provisions govern the inspection and administration for packaging containers and packaging materials of import and export food. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
