The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Processing Trade Enterprises Implementing Computer Interconnection with the Customs
The General Administration of Customs promulgated on 14 June 2006 the "Administrative Measures on Processing Trade Enterprises Implementing Computer Interconnection with the Customs", which will take effect from 1 August 2006. The Measures set out the requirements and administration on processing trade enterprises implementing interconnection with the Customs. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
