The Mainland of China : Certain Customs Measures in the Guangdong Province
The Guangzhou Customs issued a notice on 18 May 2006, setting out the implementation of an integrity management system on customs declaration enterprises. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex 1 (pdf format) for reference.
- In addition, the Shenzhen Customs promulgated the "Interim Administrative Provisions Concerning the Customs Clearance of Goods at the Green Channel for Transport between Hong Kong and Shenzhen" on 19 May 2006, which took effect from 30 May 2006. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Annex 2 (pdf format) for reference.
