The Mainland of China : Measures on the Protection of Intellectual Property in Exhibitions
The Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the National Copyright Administration and the State Intellectual Property Office jointly promulgated on 10 January 2006 the "Measures on the Protection of Intellectual Property in Exhibitions", which will take effect from 1 March 2006. The Measures govern the protection of patents, trademarks and copyrights in exhibitions. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
