The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Acceptance of Guarantee for Intellectual Property Protection by the Customs
The General Administration of Customs issued a notice concerning the acceptance of guarantee for intellectual property protection by the Customs on 30 May 2006, which will take effect from 1 July 2006. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. Its annexes can be downloaded from the website of the General Administration of Customs at:
