The Mainland of China :
Ruling of the Mid-term Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI 80/20) from Japan and the Republic of Korea
The Ministry of Commerce issued Notice No. 115/2005 on 10 January 2006, announcing the ruling of the mid-term review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of toluene diisocyanate (TDI 80/20) from Japan and the Republic of Korea. The relevant tariff listing of the General Administration of Customs is 2929 1010.
DETAILS
- According to the ruling, with effect from 10 January 2006, the anti-dumping duties on imports of toluene diisocyanate (TDI 80/20) from Japan and the Republic of Korea are adjusted to 4.05%-61.14%.
