The Mainland of China : Regulations on the Protection of Dispersal Right over the Information Network
The State Council of the People's Republic of China issued Decree No. 468 on 18 May 2006, which promulgates the "Regulations on the Protection of Dispersal Right over the Information Network". The Regulations will take effect from 1 July 2006. A copy of which is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
