The Mainland of China : Notices Concerning the Qualification of Customs Declaration Officers
The General Administration of Customs recently issued a number of notices concerning the qualification of customs declaration officers. These include a notice concerning the treatment of qualification certificate of customs declaration officers obtained before the implementation of the "Administrative Measures on the Qualification Examination and Qualification Certificate of Customs Declaration Officers", a notice concerning the 2006 national qualification examination of customs declaration officers and the "Rules on the National Qualification Examination of Customs Declaration Officers". A copy of these notices is attached at Appendices 1, 2 and 3 (pdf format) respectively for reference.
