The Mainland of China : Regulations on the Administration of Import and Export of
Endangered Wild Animals and Plants
The State Council of the People's Republic of China issued Decree No. 465 on 29 April 2006. The Decree promulgates the "Regulations on the Administration of Import and Export of Endangered Wild Animals and Plants", which will take effect from 1 September 2006. A copy of the Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
