The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Amendments to the Annex of the
"Rules on the Verification of Vehicle Components that Constitute the
Characteristics of an Imported Whole Vehicle"
The General Administration of Customs (GAC) issued a notice on 30 April 2006, announcing certain amendments to the annex of the "Rules on the Verification of Vehicle Components that Constitute the Characteristics of an Imported Whole Vehicle" promulgated by GAC on 28 March 2005. The notice, which took effect from the day of promulgation, is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. Its annex can be downloaded from the website of the General Administration of Customs at:
