The
Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Institutions Engaged in
Inspection of Emission from New Motor Vehicles
The State Environmental
Protection Administration promulgated the "Administrative Measures
on Institutions Engaged in Inspection of Emission from New Motor Vehicles"
on 24 April 2006, which took effect from the day of promulgation. The
Measures govern the qualification, application, technical verification
and administration on institutions engaged in inspection of emission from
new motor vehicles. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix
(pdf format) for reference. Its annexes can be downloaded from the website
of the State Environmental Protection Administration at:
