The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Delay of Implementation of the "Catalogues of Prohibited Exports (the Fourth Batch)"
The Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued a notice on 24 April 2006, announcing that the implementation of "Catalogues of Prohibited Exports (the Fourth Batch)" will be delayed until further notice. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
