The Mainland of China : Interim Measures on the Administration of Registered
Tax Agents
The General Administration of Taxation promulgated the "Interim Measures on the Administration of Registered Tax Agents" on 30 December 2005, which will take effect from 1 February 2006. Hong Kong residents fulfilling the registration requirements as stipulated in the Measures are eligible to sit the qualification examination of registered tax agents. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
