The Mainland of China : Measures for the Management of Residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region Having Acquired the Mainland Legal Professional Qualification to Work as Lawyers
in the Mainland
In relation to the signing of Supplement II to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Ministry of Justice revised the "Measures for the Management of Residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region Having Acquired the Mainland Legal Professional Qualification to Work as Lawyers in the Mainland" on 28 December 2005. A copy of the revised Measures, which took effect on 1 January 2006, is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
