The Mainland of China : Catalogues of Prohibited Exports (the Fourth Batch)
The Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued on 13 March 2006 a notice announcing the "Catalogue of Prohibited Exports (the Fourth Batch)". The prohibition will take effect on 1 May 2006. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
