The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the Draft Law on Labour Contract of the People's Republic of China
TThe General Administration of Customs promulgated on 28 March 2006 the "Measures on the Supervision and Administration on Import and Export Express Parcels by the Customs", which will take effect from 1 May 2006. The Measures govern the supervision and administration on import and export express parcels by the Customs. A copy of the Measures is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. Its annexes can be downloaded from the website of the General Administration of Customs at:
