The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Adjustments to the Consumption Tax Policy
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued on 20 March 2006 a notice concerning adjustments to the consumption tax policy, which will take effect from 1 April 2006. The notice sets out adjustments to list of taxable products, tax rate and other relevant policies for certain products. A copy of the notice is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
