The Mainland of China : Provisional Measures on the Inspection of Export Performance of Foreign-invested Enterprises With Direct Export Permission on Their All Products
The Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation jointly promulgated on 1 March 2006 the "Provisional Measures on the Inspection of Export Performance of Foreign-invested Enterprises With Direct Export Permission on Their All Products", which took effect from the day of promulgation. The Measures govern the conduct of inspection on export performance of foreign-invested enterprises with direct export permission on their all products. A copy of the Measures is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
