The Mainland of China : Administrative Regulations on the Entertainment Places
The State Council recently promulgated the "Administrative Regulations on the Entertainment Places", which took effect from 1 March 2006. The Regulations govern the establishment, operation, supervision and administration of entertainment places. A copy of the Regulations is at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
