The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Regulating Exports of Motorcycles
The Ministry of Commerce, the State Development and Reform Commission, the General Administration of Customs, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the Certification and Accreditation Administration jointly issued on 28 December 2005 a notice concerning regulating exports of motorcycles, which took effect from the day of promulgation. The notice sets out the requirements and administration on exports of motorcycles. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
