Mainland of China : Notice
Concerning the Registration and Administration of Enterprises Engaged
in International Freight Forwarding Agency Services
The Ministry of
Commerce and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce jointly
issued a notice concerning the registration and administration of enterprises
engaged in international freight forwarding agency services on 1 February
2005. According to the notice, commerce departments will no longer carry
out qualification examination on enterprises providing international
freight forwarding agency services. The applicants concerned can register
directly with the local Administration for Industry and Commerce. The
notice is attached at Annex
for reference.
