The Mainland of China : Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration of the People's Republic of China
The State Council issued a notice on 18 December 2005, setting out the amendments made to the "Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration of the People's Republic of China" (the Regulations), which will take effect from 1 January 2006. The Regulations govern the procedures and administration of company registration in the Mainland. A copy of the notice and the full text of the revised Regulations are attached at Annexes 1 and 2 (pdf format) respectively for reference.
