The Mainland of China : Measures on the Administration of
Foreign-invested Leasehold Enterprises
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Measures on the Administration of Foreign-invested Leasehold Enterprises" on 3 February 2005, which will take effect from 5 March 2005. The Measures govern the application, business scope and administration of foreign-invested leasehold enterprises. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex for reference.
