The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Termination of Tariff Rate Quotas and State Trading Administration on Import of Palm Oil, Soybean Oil and Rape-seed Oil
The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on 7 December 2005, announcing the termination of tariff rate quotas and state trading administration on import of palm oil, soybean oil and rape-seed oil with effect from 1 January 2006. These products from then on will be subject to automatic import licensing administration. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
