The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on the Qualification Examination and Qualification Certificate for Customs Declaration Officers

The General Administration of Customs promulgated the "Administrative Measures on the Qualification Examination and Qualification Certificate for Customs Declaration Officers" on 30 November 2005, which will take effect from 1 January 2006. According to the Measures, Chinese citizens of Hong Kong residents can also sit for the qualification examination for customs declaration officers. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
