The
Mainland of China : Provisions Concerning the Implementation of the
"Measures on Monitoring of Labour Protection"
The Ministry of Labour and Social Security promulgated the Provisions
Concerning the Implementation of the "Measures on Monitoring of
Labour Protection" on 31 December 2004, which took effect from
1 February 2005. The Provisions govern the acceptance and investigation
of cases by the labour protection monitoring units. A copy of the Provisions
is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
