The
Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Bonded Logistic Zones
The General Administration of Customs promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Bonded Logistics Zones" on 28 November 2005, which will take effect from 1 January 2006. The Measures govern the administration of enterprises inside the bonded logistics zones and the supervision of entry and exit of goods, transportation vehicles and personnel into/from the bonded logistics zones. A copy of the Measures is attached at
Annex (pdf format) for reference.
