The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Customs Surveillance of Export Warehouses and Products Stored Therein

The General Administration of Customs promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Customs Surveillance of Export Warehouses and Products Stored Therein" on 28 November 2005, which will take effect from 1 January 2006. The Measures govern the establishment and operation of export warehouses and the administration of products stored in them. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
