The Mainland of China : Interim Measures on the Examination and
Approval of Administrative Fees
The Ministry of Finance and the State Development and Reform Commission jointly promulgated the "Interim Measures on the Examination and Approval of Administrative Fees" on 30 December 2004, which took effect from 1 January 2005. The Measures govern the application, approval, amendment, administration and supervision of administrative fees. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix for reference.
